How Can We Celebrate?

Every baby deserves a healthy start—let’s help them begin strong.

World Prematurity Day Observance at SSRLTL

SSRLTL observes World Prematurity Day with great compassion and awareness, aiming to educate students about the importance of neonatal health and care for premature babies. The event begins with a special assembly where SSRLTL students present speeches, skits, and informative charts explaining the challenges faced by premature infants and the significance of early medical support. The principal of SSRLTL addresses the gathering, highlighting the importance of empathy, awareness, and healthcare education in building a caring and informed community. Teachers guide students through discussions on maternal health, child care, and preventive measures that ensure a healthier future generation.

Throughout the day, SSRLTL students participate in creative activities such as poster making, awareness campaigns, and essay writing on the theme of “Born Too Soon.” These programs encourage compassion, social responsibility, and awareness about infant health and family support. The observance of World Prematurity Day at SSRLTL reinforces the values of unity, education, and care—motivating students to spread awareness and contribute to a society that values life and wellness for all.
